Sibling Doula Services

What is a Sibling Doula?

Simply put: a trusted caregiver for your older children who is on-call for your labor.

With CPR and First Aid training, as well as a few years of child-centered early childhood education and gentle parenting styles - I have the experience and skills to provide your children with safe, supportive care during this exciting time!

A Sibling Doula can be a much needed extra set of hands whether you are giving birth at home, a birth center, or in a hospital.

Some families are preparing to give birth to their next child without close family or friends available locally for childcare.  Some families want their older children present at their little one's birth, but aren't sure who will take care of them when things get intense, or when they get tired and need a break.  Some families want the option of an older child present, but not for the whole labor.

If any of these situations resonate with you, a sibling doula might be just what you need to provide the additional support you need.
